Grassfed Lamb on tonight's plate

 

Tonight on the menu is a beautiful rack of grassfed lamb from Mimosa Valley Lamb that I picked up from the #bondifarmersmarket 

Oven roasted with some leek, eggplant, capsicum and baby squash in #coconutoil #butter and some leftover #duckfat.

Served with some fresh mint tea and a simple green salad with cos, parsley, mint, cherry tomatoes, sprouted adzuki beans and some pickled cucumbers.
