We are making sauerkraut + yummy relishes.. Tomato relish, pineapple relish + also kombucha plus different flavours of second fermented kombucha.. Passionfruit, blood orange, chilli ginger and pomegranate. There'll be tastings and hands-on how-to. Everyone takes home what they make :)
